Folk Trio

Folk Trio is a musical project by Ineta Meduneckytė, Nerijus Bakula and Janas Maksimovičius, which weaves Lithuanian folklore together with world and jazz musical styles. The group takes Lithuanian melodies and imbibes them with personal interpretations and honest improvisations, plunging the listener deep into a unique musical world. Folk Trio are active performers in Lithuania and beyond; the collective has debuted their programme Legends of Pamariai in the ethnographic event Mažosios Lietuvos dienos, and presented a new collection of pieces titled Legends About Us in 2022.
