Motet is a token of love for Renaissance music. The rhythm is composed of magic squares of varying mensurations and numbers 5 and 7. As in organum, accompanying voices entwine the cantus firmus at the intervals of fourth and fifth. A bass line akin to Buddhist overtone chanting surfaces from within a peaceful meditation of voices.
