Orgy. Catharsis

The tape part of this work was recorded on flute, double bass and percussion. The 1st movement, Orgy is absolutely repetitive, its different episodes were created from 3-tone melodic structures each of which being a segment of the 12-tone row. The 2nd movement, Catharsis is slow but very strictly organized too. The cantilena of the cello solo part makes a considerable contrast to the “orgy“ of rhythms of the 1st movement.
